  Reebok Core Training (RCT) for personal trainers is designed to teach the personal trainer how to work the core muscles of the body, all of the muscles in the midsection, in order to better stabilize and support the movements of the body. RCT also refers to training the body for real-life, demanding mobility, stability, and reaction to unstable surfaces and environments. The Reebok Core Board is an integral part of core training. RCT for Personal Trainers will give the trainer the tools with which to develop integrated progressions and effective cueing techniques with or without the Reebok core board.
