Cacao Chia Seed Pudding

This pudding is packed full of fiber and tastes delicious. Share with someone you love.

Serves 4


1 ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
Pinch sea salt
Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
Raspberries and/or strawberries for garnish

Mix coconut milk, honey, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla extract, almond extract and sea salt together and put in a glass jar with lid. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and berries.


In place of cacao powder, juice a red beet to get 2 teaspoons beet juice for pudding.
